Community Reviews
Toured
reviewed on: 12/05/2014 by AnonymousWe toured this community when we were looking into senior living options for our loved ones. This seemed like a nice enough place, the staff we spoke with were all very friendly. However, the community seemed to have some overall issues with cleanliness, which was a big turn-off.
Nice staff and mom is happy!
reviewed on: 09/10/2019 by AnonymousThis place has the nicest staff and my mom is very happy there. The folks who live there seem happy as well. I made sure I asked some of them and observed many as well. The rooms are spacious and cheerful. Some have porches. The grounds are well kept and nice to walk through. great place!
It's so great seeing my mom involved again
reviewed on: 08/31/2017 by AnonymousIt is so wonderful seeing my mom starting to take part in the activities here seeing her making friends and just enjoying herself. She likes the food and the atmosphere here. This community is an older one but mom says she really likes how it is decorated and the staff more than make-up for that.
Nice Staff!!
reviewed on: 05/17/2017 by AnonymousThe staff where very friendly to me during my tour and made sure to answer any questions I had as well as answer any questions I had. The facility was just a little out dated for my liking and not very comparable to the other places I had looked at in the area. It was just not the right fit for me in the end decision.
Rent Increases
reviewed on: 01/25/2016 by Ruth L. WilliamsOn the whole I have been satisfied. However, it is a disappointment that there is a large rent increase every year. As quite a few other people here, my income is government pensions. It is widely known that we usually get a small cost of living increase. I should think that the annual increase would be somewhat in line, perhaps a little more, but the rent increases have been much larger. This year we are not getting ANY COST OF LIVING INCREASE AT ALL. My annual increase will be May 1. I sure hope it will take that into consideration.
