Frequent Visits will be Required
reviewed on: 08/07/2020 by StephanieThe initial visit was good but then declined. They did not communicate that my mother was in the hospital. No one called to tell me my mother was in the ER and that she was admitted. I found out from a nurse from the hospital. I had other experiences with care facilities and this was night and day from Noble House Of Jacksonville. It was also hard to communicate with the staff. I did have good experiences with the physician assistant that my mother saw once a week.
Noble House Of Jacksonville
reviewed on: 06/23/2020 by AnonymousWhen my mother went into community hospice they kept her in her existing room and in doing so, moved her personal bed out of the room so they could move a different hospital bed in. After she passed away, we went to collect it and her other belongings and they told us they had no idea where her things were. While hospice was still taking care of her, many of her other belongings went missing as well, like clothes, blankets, and bed sheets. They also ripped many of her clothing items and blankets. The management also changed three times during her stay. When we moved her in, she was given a private room because the community had room. They also gave us a very specific set of things that she could bring in. Eventually she was given a roommate who took over most of the space in the room and brought in many things they told us we were not allowed to bring in. The director didn't want to do anything about it and it took several conversations with her to finally get anything done about it. I would never recommend this community to anyone. They had essentially nothing in the way of activities, which consisted of a couple puzzles, DVDs and a small exercise room.
