reviewed on: 08/07/2020 by Michael, McCommunity is very clean, staff is extremely friendly. The people who work there cared very much about their folks, they always come in to do their job. Would very much recommend to this a family member or friend.

My mom does not have hot water in her apartment and no one I have talked to has been able to correct this issue. She complains about the food. The residents do not get what they requested at meals. I have good communication with the nursing staff. The areas in the front of the community are clean, however I think the rugs leading to the residents rooms are getting ugly.

The biggest concern for myself, was I'm not in the same state as her. So it is satisfying knowing she is safe, and in good hands. She has a good staff around all the time. She has gotten involved in some the activities they offer. We looked at a lot of community's in the area. The quality of lifestyle dropped, compared to this community. She is in a good community, and we would recommend it.

The facility is very nice, rooms are spacious and feels like living in your own apartment. The staff was great and the food was amazing. I would definitely recommend Atria to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

reviewed on: 12/27/2020 by Joyce FAtria Lady Lake is where my mom is living as of October 2020. Mom is in a safe place where she gets her meds, delicious food, and activities as well as caring staff. I call her daily and she loves the food-these are her statements “it is delicious”, “You will not believe what I had to eat-it was so good”. She gets to choose her meals and she loves that. Her laundry is done weekly and her apartment is cleaned. She now calls it her “condo”. She told me the staff “are so nice”. She is getting Physical Therapy and is getting stronger. She loves her weekly hair appointment. The staff are helpful and responsive. Peter, Philip, Andrea, Tony, Dawn, Mary, Kathy, Michelle, Ray, Derek, Cindy and others. Everyone has a joyful attitude and show they love what they do. I am so appreciative this is where mom is and that she loves being there. We were not looking for a place but mom could not travel and could not live alone. I highly recommend Atria Lady Lake. She does too!
