The nursing staff are good and respectful of my mom!!
reviewed on: 09/20/2016 by AnonymousI was not impressed with Atria when it took over Lexington Park. We have had issues with the billing department. My mom does not have hot water in her apartment and no one I have talked to has been able to correct this issue. She complains about the food. The residents do not get what they requested at meals. I have good communication with the nursing staff. The areas in the front of the community are clean, however I think the rugs leading to the residents rooms are getting ugly.

Perfect place for mom. She cannot live alone.
reviewed on: 12/27/2020 by Joyce FAtria Lady Lake is where my mom is living as of October 2020. Mom is in a safe place where she gets her meds, delicious food, and activities as well as caring staff. I call her daily and she loves the food-these are her statements “it is delicious”, “You will not believe what I had to eat-it was so good”. She gets to choose her meals and she loves that. Her laundry is done weekly and her apartment is cleaned. She now calls it her “condo”. She told me the staff “are so nice”. She is getting Physical Therapy and is getting stronger. She loves her weekly hair appointment. The staff are helpful and responsive. Peter, Philip, Andrea, Tony, Dawn, Mary, Kathy, Michelle, Ray, Derek, Cindy and others. Everyone has a joyful attitude and show they love what they do. I am so appreciative this is where mom is and that she loves being there. We were not looking for a place but mom could not travel and could not live alone. I highly recommend Atria Lady Lake. She does too!
Good tour, But to Far for Me to Travel
reviewed on: 12/20/2016 by AnonymousI toured this community for my parents and their needs. My tour went well, and this is a nice community. Everything was very well-kept, and looked nice. The staff was kind and courteous. It was a good experience, but a little to far for me to travel.
Mom Is In Good Hands Here
reviewed on: 08/10/2016 by AnonymousSo far everything seems to be working out pretty well for my mother here at this community. She has gotten involved in some of the activities they offer. The food is decent, it is a well balanced meal for a senior. The staff is good, I haven't had any problems with the staff. They do a good job with keeping the community and her room well maintained. Overall I know she being cared for well. This is a community I would recommend.
