Community Reviews
my experience
reviewed on: 04/12/2021 by anonymousThe community is nice and clean but the activities and the engagement level for the residence are not very good. Communication is good and they did a good getting the residence vaccinated. If they are able to engage the residence more I would recommend the community.
Great overall
reviewed on: 12/18/2016 by AnonymousMy loved one has been with this building since it was Lexington park I love the staff and they are what makes the building not the name. The old lead server is truly missed she was the life of the dining room and always made my family feel welcomed and we knew my mother was truly loved by her although we are happy for her promotion. Food service needs a little more help with serving but the food quality has improved dramatically. Care staff is awesome. Housekeeping is really not the best I am constantly dusting my mothers blinds and window.
Atria Lady Lake review
reviewed on: 09/20/2021 by Rose REverything has been going great so far, however the activities are still limited due to the restrictions. The apartment our loved ones have is tiny, but it fits their needs. Also the community is pet friendly and has a courtyard where our loved ones and other residents can go outside to smoke.
Good Experience with Challenges
reviewed on: 05/24/2021 by AnonymousRight now, overall it is a good community. They are having some challenges in regards to staffing. This is a concern. I would recommend you ask about the staffing agencies, and the support staff. The senior staff are gone. The lead community manager is leaving. It appears that it is a rudderless boat. There is no communication between the staff and families. I'm hopeful the community will turn this all around.
Looked At Different Choices
reviewed on: 05/30/2017 by AnonymousThey were great to see but they did not fit our needs. It didn't work out for their situation. The community was great. We had an appointment and when we walked in they told us somebody else was going to show us around instead. She was a nice gal.
