The nursing staff are good and respectful of my mom!!
reviewed on: 09/20/2016 by AnonymousI was not impressed with Atria when it took over Lexington Park. We have had issues with the billing department. My mom does not have hot water in her apartment and no one I have talked to has been able to correct this issue. She complains about the food. The residents do not get what they requested at meals. I have good communication with the nursing staff. The areas in the front of the community are clean, however I think the rugs leading to the residents rooms are getting ugly.
Tour of Atria

They were awesome people and did a great job of showing us around and were attentive. They were on time to the tour and were great with following up afterwards, they really stepped up to the plate. We went with another Atria facility just due to the location of it.

reviewed on: 08/10/2016 by AnonymousSo far everything seems to be working out pretty well for my mother here at this community. She has gotten involved in some of the activities they offer. The food is decent, it is a well balanced meal for a senior. The staff is good, I haven't had any problems with the staff. They do a good job with keeping the community and her room well maintained. Overall I know she being cared for well. This is a community I would recommend.
Atria Lady Lake review
reviewed on: 09/20/2021 by Rose REverything has been going great so far, however the activities are still limited due to the restrictions. The apartment our loved ones have is tiny, but it fits their needs. Also the community is pet friendly and has a courtyard where our loved ones and other residents can go outside to smoke.
