Tour of Atria
reviewed on: 06/11/2021 by anonymousWe did a virtual tour and talked with Atria Lady Lake over the phone and we really liked them. They were awesome people and did a great job of showing us around and were attentive. They were on time to the tour and were great with following up afterwards, they really stepped up to the plate. We went with another Atria facility just due to the location of it.
A great place for people that need assistance.

The food is decent, it is a well balanced meal for a senior. The staff is good, I haven't had any problems with the staff. They do a good job with keeping the community and her room well maintained. Overall I know she being cared for well. This is a community I would recommend.

Good Experience with Challenges
reviewed on: 05/24/2021 by AnonymousRight now, overall it is a good community. They are having some challenges in regards to staffing. This is a concern. I would recommend you ask about the staffing agencies, and the support staff. The senior staff are gone. The lead community manager is leaving. It appears that it is a rudderless boat. There is no communication between the staff and families. I'm hopeful the community will turn this all around.
