It had a smell...
reviewed on: 06/13/2017 by AnonymousMy mother and my daughter toured Brookdale together and they did not like it. The tour guide, I do not remember his name, was very pushy., Also, the facility had a bad smell, and it was not what my mother was looking for.

Review of Waterside Landing
reviewed on: 09/30/2020 by Lydia CastellamosI enjoyed the space and layout of living spaces. I found some (most) of the workers (aids) particularly nice and pleasant. I do not enjoy being locked in even for my "own safety." I despise being told things are done for my security. Let me worry about my security.
We are happy
reviewed on: 07/22/2016 by AnonymousSo far so good. I needed a fast move in and they had a special running at that time so it worked out great. There is tons to do, friendly staff, good food, so far good care, the apartment is a little small and awkward. The bathroom wasn't really designed with a wheelchair in mind which is odd and the kitchen needs so serious remodeling. There is a balcony with a nice view so that makes it a little better. But the overall facility has everything we need.
Well Ran
reviewed on: 12/16/2013 by SonIt is much larger than the place that she was first at. It is a very good place, and much nicer. Much better ran. Interestingly enough, a lot of people that left the Courtyards moved to Regency, so she knew quite a few people there already.
