I can't wait till I can move in

Although I have another year or so before I can move in because the Convirius has slowed down the construction progress. This being said several of my previous neighbors did move into Waterman Village houses and they are truly happy. So far I am very impressed with everyone at Lakeside that I've talked to, all their informative zoom emails, the entire staff that really help you in every way they can with their fast responses to questions. All the amenities, activities etc. that they offer. I'm sure this maybe one of the best decisions I may ever make.
Amazing Development!

Has lots of activities, beautiful dining room, a Bistro, along with cookouts. Houses are nice size. We like that all maintenance is included, it's a true gated community with a Security guard. Monthly prices are much better than any others that we have checked out including ones in the Villages. All of the staff are great. Everyone is on a first name basis, and they make you feel very at home. They have started a new section, and we can't wait for it to be built so we can move in. They also have assisted living, and nursing home facilities.
Loving Life at Waterman

But between my daughter and her family being right down the road and all the care here at Waterman, I made the perfect choice. I moved in the end of September and I have no regrets. The residents here are so friendly and all the staff go out of their way to do their very best. I especially like the fact that all of us are one big family.
Why we picked Waterman
reviewed on: 11/09/2021 by Nancy B4 coupes of us wanted a Plan B and went around to several communities in Central Florida. We all picked the Waterman communities as being the most desirable. Not only did it have everything we were looking for but Mt. Dora is such a charming town, and only 40 minutes from our current residents to be able to go back for visits. We have deposits down in both areas but are not yet residents.
They are good at responding to emails and phone calls
