Good Tour, Bad Location For Us to Travel
reviewed on: 10/04/2016 by AnonymousI toured this community for my parents and their needs. It was a nice tour, I enjoyed it. The community looked nice and clean. The staff was friendly and kind. There were many factors that played into where to place my parents. One of those factors were location. This location wasn't very convenient for our families to travel. It was pleasant tour.
Deal breaker!
reviewed on: 11/15/2016 by AnonymousThe community looked really good. It reminded me of the other places. My big thing though is the staff and how well they take care of my family. I did not get to meet any staff and that was the deal breaker.
Runner up!
reviewed on: 11/07/2016 by AnonymousI was able to speak with the people here and they were very nice and was able to tell me about what they had to offer. I was pleasantly surprised with this place. This would have been my second choice.
I could not have picked a better place
reviewed on: 06/08/2017 by AnonymousThe community is immaculate. They offer some nice activities and the food is excellent. The staff have been friendly and personable. There have been the same staff members since the community opened. They have also added some more good staff members. I have already recommended this community.
Family feel at Mission Oaks
reviewed on: 01/23/2018 by Cecile BouchardMom has been at Mission Oaks for three and a half years and she and her family are thrilled with the facility. The environment is clean, well run and the staff is friendly, outgoing, helpful and encouraging not only to mom but to our family as well. It truly has a family-feel and the staff makes a good effort to include the residents in activities to promote mental and physical wellness. Prior to living at Mission Oaks, mom was hospitalized repeatedly for multiple health reasons. Since she has been living at the Assisted Living facility, she has not been hospitalized at all and the staff is proactive to correct issues that may impact her health. We cannot say enough about Cheryl and her excellent team.
