I rate the cleanliness 3 1/2 stars. I rate the friendliness 4 stars. I rate the value 3 stars. I rate the care services 3 stars. I rate the activities 3 stars. Everything has been going pretty good. My loved one lives here and enjoys it. 4 stars.
Very Poor Communication and Follow Through at this Community
reviewed on: 07/08/2021 by SallyI would tell others that it is a gorgeous community with lots of activities. The staff is friendly. The communication between the physicians, nurses, and physical therapy is extremely poor. Also, the follow through is extremely poor. I would speak to the administrators about my concerns and it would improve for a day or so, and then it would go back to the way it was prior. If you have a person who is able to care for themselves this would be a good place for them. If you have an individual that needs additional care, this community won't be as apt. The community doesn't have a care plan for the aides to review for each resident.

We chose Harbor Chase because of a recommendation. I called and went for a tour and it was a beautiful facility, we were sold. The location and price also worked for our family. I would absolutely recommend.

reviewed on: 10/25/2021 by AliceWe chose HarborChase because they had the nicest staff, the facility was the best, and they have around the clock nursing care. The room sizes are adequate for what she needs, she is in a 1 bedroom studio apartment. The shower does have a little lip which she has tripped on a few times. Overall it has been a good experience I would definitely recommend to others looking.

The cleanliness is perfect, and the resident are kept so busy with the activities. They bring in a singer everyday for the residents to listen to, its just a really nice place.
