Tour of HarborChase
reviewed on: 11/05/2021 by anonymousIt was a great facility, we just did not think the layout would fit our loved one. It is multiple floors so we were worried about the stairs/elevators.
It gives us a sense of relief that our loved one is being well cared for, we no longer have to worry
reviewed on: 08/11/2021 by Lydia IHarborChase is a beautiful community, it is just gorgeous we were so impressed by it that we wanted to move in ourselves. The cleanliness is perfect, and the resident are kept so busy with the activities. They bring in a singer everyday for the residents to listen to, its just a really nice place.
It was like a very plush hotel

Stricter care regime at Harbor Chase
reviewed on: 07/18/2019 by Maria MccarthyWe like where we are now at Harbor Chase in Palm Harbor. We were previously at Brookdale Countryside which you recommended where the care got so bad it put my mom in the hospital. Brookdale kept firing & hiring new people until the staff had no idea about the residents normal behavior They almost let my mom die because she became so dehydrated that my brother-in-law had to rush her to the hospital. It has taken her a while to recover.
