Great staff, highly recommend

It is definitely a quality place. I think that the staff do a great job and are they are very attentive to my mom and always call us whenever needed which is great since I live out of town. My mom shares a room with someone, and I think it is fine for what she needs. I would highly recommend to others who are looking.
A good place to live

It felt like home to me when I walk through the doors and it still does. I like the people here a lot and we now have a very thorough director, we are very lucky to have her. I am also very impressed with my apartment quality and size. I am very happy with where I am.

Not a good experience overall

Our loved one was in their independent living section, but while she was there she suffered a fall and was unable to reach her call button and was on the ground for 7 hours before someone found her. Dealing with the management afterward was awkward, they were trying very hard to avoid taking any responsibility. We moved her out after this incident.

The meals are great, in the dining room, there is someone waiting the tables. The place is clean and everything is going very well so far.
