It's An Alright Facilty
reviewed on: 09/09/2015 by AnonymousThey have been very good about getting him to his appointments for radiation therapy. There are a couple of workers there that are very nice that i'm very pleased with. However, I don't know if their staffing is sufficient. There also needs to be better communication. One of the workers stole my loved one's phone, and of course she was let go, but I never got a formal apology from the management.

It is definitely a quality place. I think that the staff do a great job and are they are very attentive to my mom and always call us whenever needed which is great since I live out of town. My mom shares a room with someone, and I think it is fine for what she needs. I would highly recommend to others who are looking.
A great option for memory care residents!

She had just passed away and he has dementia so it was imperative that he could not be at home. I had been given five leads by A Place for Mom; I checked out the others. Bayside Terrace was exactly what I was seeking and in a price range he could afford. The staff is typically responsive, the atmosphere friendly, bright, upbeat and clean and provided the sort of care that was needed.

They often don't know who my grandmother is or what care she needs due to the turnover and phone calls are not returned in a timely manner The building is nice and the rooms are average size and it was clean.
