reviewed on: 02/16/2016 by AnonymousMy parents have been residents for just over a week. For the most part things are going well and they seem to be cared for for the most part. I have had to visit the wellness center a couple times to get them to spend more time checking on and caring for my mothers needs. My fathers only complaint is the time it takes for meals. My Mom is not up to going to the dining room and he doesn't want her to eat alone. If they have them delivered it is late and cold and when he goes down to get them it takes awhile to be waited on (the dining room is restaurant style) and then to receive his order. Hoping things will improve as they spend more time there and everyone gets in sync.
Did not end up working out, but very accommodating staff
reviewed on: 02/05/2016 by AnonymousOur experience with Renaissance Retirement was somewhat mixed. It didn't end up being a good fit for my loved one in terms of care, so I would advise anyone looking into this community to make sure they are extra thorough with the care evaluation. However, when things didn't end up working out the staff here really went out of their way to help me find a better solution, and there were no issues getting a complete refund of the money I'd already put down.

reviewed on: 07/30/2012 by A Place For Mom CustomerThis is also on our list of the three places we have narrowed down. Great size rooms, but its older and could use some updates and painting in the social areas. However, the people are very nice and knowledgeable.
