New

My parents have been residents for just over a week. For the most part things are going well and they seem to be cared for for the most part. I have had to visit the wellness center a couple times to get them to spend more time checking on and caring for my mothers needs. My fathers only complaint is the time it takes for meals. My Mom is not up to going to the dining room and he doesn't want her to eat alone. If they have them delivered it is late and cold and when he goes down to get them it takes awhile to be waited on (the dining room is restaurant style) and then to receive his order. Hoping things will improve as they spend more time there and everyone gets in sync.

This is also on our list of the three places we have narrowed down. Great size rooms, but its older and could use some updates and painting in the social areas. However, the people are very nice and knowledgeable.
