reviewed on: 02/10/2015 by AnonymousI felt the facility's are good, the views are spectacular. Most of the employees are very nice and the residents for the most part seem happy. But on the flip side there can be long waits for elevators and the wait staff isn't particularly friendly. My father has told me that you have to sit with people for meals, that can be a little bit of pain.

reviewed on: 05/24/2017 by AnonymousWe really liked this community when mom stayed in the independent living area. They have two tall buildings. They offered activities every minute of the day. She made friends while she was there. The community is beautiful and the staff were nice. They offer great food. The memory care area of this community was just a little more expensive than what we were looking for.
The Fountains has been a good experience.

The staffing is the only issue we have had there so far. I'm there weekly if not two to three times a week, generally it's positive everybody seems to be engaged with the residents, and their clients, and their jobs. Overall it's a good experience, but they are stretching it with the responsibilities they give their caregivers. For the price it was the best available option. Based upon what I've seen and know I would say that they are above average.
Felt Like a Cruise Ship
reviewed on: 12/02/2013 by DaughterVery nice. It felt like a big cruise ship instead of a facility, kind of like a big party. As far as the assisted living, I was worried that it was too big and overwhelming for my mom. For independent residents, it would have been a blast to live there.
