Community Reviews
Not the community for us
reviewed on: 04/11/2017 by AnonymousThis looked like a clean community when we visited. The community did seem crowded and there was not a lot of place for the residents to walk around. The community is a little older and felt small. We were looking for a community with more room for mom to move around.
Amazing Facility
reviewed on: 12/19/2015 by AnonymousI think overall they have been really good. I wish that at first we would have gotten a little more information and guidance when we were moving in; it would have been helpful with the transition. My loved one does seem like she is really well cared for. As far as her physical care, she seems like she is in good shape and she is clean. Overall we are pretty happy with it, I think the caregivers are great.
Need more People!
reviewed on: 11/01/2016 by AnonymousThe people here are super nice. However, the main problem was that they did not take good care of the residents very well. They seemed to not have enough staff to accommodate all there residents and there needs. Although, the aides did seem to have a really good rapport with the residents.
Brighton Gardens rocks
reviewed on: 09/09/2020 by AnonymousWe haven't been there since COVID, but when we were able to visit this community was kept clean. They had a singing choir at this community which our loved one really enjoyed. They had games and guest speakers. They had musicians come in and perform, as well as exercise classes. We really liked how this community was bright and cheery looking, and it didn't have any weird smells. The food at this community is really good our loved one enjoys the food there. The only thing we had a problem with lately is the communication. They have changed nurses and at first the nurse was calling us every week during COVID to give us updates, and then every other week, and now she has stopped calling. We would just like for the communication to be improved a little bit
