Cresthaven East is an assisted living facility in West Palm Beach, FL. Cresthaven East offers activities at their location for residents. These activities generally allow residents to maintain healthy lifestyles by encouraging movement and socializing with their peers.
Being able to chat with other residents becomes an important part of many peoples' lives and Cresthaven East offers common spaces indoors to support that need. The benefit of living in an assisted living community is that making meals can be costly and time consuming process so Cresthaven East provides meals for residents.
Staff is awake and available 24 hours a day so if any emergencies occur no matter the time, there will be someone ready to help.
Unique Features
We have been operating in Palm Beach County since 1982 and offer a variety of service levels and accommodations including a gated Alzheimer's unit.
We participate in the Medicaid Waiver, and Diversion programs, which will assist your clients with the cost of Assisted Living. and are preferred provider for the V.A.
What makes us different, our nursing department is headed by a registered nurse; our staff all work for Cresthaven, and not an agency. This allows us greater continuity of care and greater control of our services, which include licensed nurses around the clock providing personal care services, medication administration, bathing, dressing and so much more. -
