A good place for loved ones
reviewed on: 11/16/2021 by YolandaThe community is clean and the day to day staff are very friendly. The management team is really friendly and always call us with updated, they are very good. They do have daily activities, and they actually have Thanksgiving activities this week that families are invited to.
Tapestry House Memory Care
reviewed on: 06/15/2020 by AnonymousThey did a good job keeping the resident rooms clean. In the beginning, the staff was more experienced and friendly. Over time, they seemed to have some turnover and the new staff wasn't quite as experienced or friendly. Same goes for the care, at first it was good, then towards the end, they ended up forgetting my mother's medication one day. As far as I know, the food was good and there were plenty of activities. One time I took my mom and they were all going on a field trip, which my mother enjoyed.

reviewed on: 10/11/2021 by anonymousThe main complaint is our loved one is not capable of having a cell phone so it is hard to get in touch. The staff are hard to get a hold of, so communication is something that needs improvement.
