Community Reviews
Lanier Place is so welcoming
reviewed on: 03/10/2021 by Saida HolyfieldI appreciate the love I feel every time I go to Lanier Place. The staff that works there seem to be very happy. Most of the staff have been there for years. The staff always greets me with a warm welcome. I have seen many nice communities, but it felt cold and distant. Lanier Place is well kept, and welcoming all the time.
A Loving Place for Mom
reviewed on: 04/07/2021 by Paula J WipperfurthThe most difficult thing I've ever had to do is find a place for my mom to live that would care for her & give comfort & enjoyment. Lanier Place has generally been able to fulfill those qualities with the constant effort of Kathy Adams/Life Enrichment Coordinator & some very dedicated staff members. What impresses me the most is her concern for the residents. I've seen her show up on her day off to help on a situation, stay past time to clock out because someone needed something, try desperately to find entertainers & spiritual support ministers to come in and share their talents & guidance with residents & pre-covid, coordinate enjoyable places to take residents to have fun, shop & feel a part of society. Covid is hard on all of us but the concern & common sense of Saida Holyfield & most of the staff has helped all of us get through this horrific time; from Crystal helping us follow state guidelines, to using the time to improve the staff & update the building. I value the AL family

Excellent care
reviewed on: 09/25/2020 by AnonymousVery happy with Lanier Place. The staff is very professional, friendly and love working there. While it has been a challenge to navigate visits and restrictions during Covid, I think it has worked well and their priority is keeping the residents safe. I think the food could be better, but my husband is a fussy eater.
