This Community Feels Like Our Extended Family
reviewed on: 09/20/2016 by Janet AMy father in law is doing well here at this community. We are pleased with his move here, he is in good hands. The community is well maintained, they keep everything very nice and clean. The community looks exceptional. The staff is very nice and very friendly. They are like our extended family. There a many activities available for the residents. The meals are exceptional. They allow pets, which was a big plus for us. I would recommend this community, it has worked out very well for us.
Nice Community, Wonderful Administrator, Beware of the Food
reviewed on: 11/18/2020 by AnonymousDonna was wonderful, and the front desk staff were not as compassionate. I feel the front desk, could use more training on how to be patient, compassionate, and friendly towards the residents. I wish Donna could be in charge and having assistants in the three different areas of the community. The bathrooms were very low for the residents. I believe these should have been higher for residents. The vanity didn't have any drawers to put your personal belongings in. The only had doors under the sink for the residents to use. The new chef cooked with hot spices, and didn't listen to any of the dietary restrictions of the residents. The community was nice. JJ was great at keeping the residents entertained with activities and allowing the residents to laugh. The lock down changed the community experience for me. I left the community due to the meal experience. I thought the discount the community told me about would be for my entire stay. I never received my security deposit from the community, and thought I would be getting that back.
Great place to live
reviewed on: 08/19/2020 by AnonymousWe chose this facility because we liked the independent living apartments. They are beautiful. The services are also really good and it is connected to a good hospital. Out of the other places that we visited, my mother liked Towne Club Windermere the best. She is very happy with the food. The apartments are beautiful, she is in a two bedroom and the size is perfect. Our favorite part about this community is that through the pandemic, they have done an incredible job of maintaining services and making residents feel safe, happy, and comfortable. She loves living here.
Very Nice And Expensive
reviewed on: 10/07/2016 by AnonymousThis was a very nice community and it was clean too. i mostly looked at the independent side and the residents seemed to enjoy themselves. It would be more beneficial for people who are active. The assisted living and memory care had no one there. They have luxury things like a pool and exercise room. The staff were very nice, they had a welcome sign for me and I left with a tray of cookies. It was too much and we did not need the extra things.
