Can tell they are "in" to their job in serving their residents. Impressed with the staff at work, all attentive and smiling. Clean and bright describes their facility. Will be hard to top this visit.

My Sister Is Doing Well
reviewed on: 07/18/2016 by AnonymousMy sister is doing as well as can be expected. We are pleased with all they have done for us. The community is well-kept, they keep her room and the facility very nice and clean. The staff is great, they have been very knowledgeable and caring. There are activities offered for the residents. The food is good, they serve nice meals. I know she is safe and getting good care. I would recommend this community.
Positive experience with high functioning memory care resident
reviewed on: 08/26/2020 by EhcoleMy aunt has been at The Phoenix at Dunwoody for 2 years in the memory care unit. She is high functioning and they have made necessary adjustments to incorporate her in the outings with the assisted living residents when these outings were possible prior to Covid 19. While other senior communities have experienced positve Covid cases, this location has maintained high standards and the residents have stayed safe with no cases. No senior community is 100% perfect 100% of the time. But having experienced many years of at-home caregivers prior to her time at The Phoenix at Dunwoody, I can honestly say this is THOUSANDS of times better.
Helpful Marking Director
reviewed on: 08/26/2016 by AnonymousMy tour of this community was okay. The marking director was very nice and helpful. She was very informative. The community looked older, and the rooms didn't look the best. The community could use some updating. I didn't feel like this was the community for my father. The marking director was very kind.
