Newly Renovated and Care staff is the BEST
reviewed on: 09/11/2019 by Melissa78This property has gone through some really great renovations and even added some new management. We toured here months ago and then again recently and the updates are really good! Everything looks nice and the staff is always engaging. They take care of the residents like family. I guess thats a great benefit of being a smaller community. Staff and nurse are so knowledgeable and caring with my Dad. He was super picky with food at the last community and now he never complains. They are always understanding and give him lots of healthy and tasty choices. We are so glad we found Phoenix.

Can tell they are "in" to their job in serving their residents. Impressed with the staff at work, all attentive and smiling. Clean and bright describes their facility. Will be hard to top this visit.
I Chose to Live Here
reviewed on: 08/01/2019 by AnonymousI toured this community and ultimately ended up choosing this place. The Executive Director and his staff was excellent in making me feel at home. The sales gal was extremely helpful and never said anything negative about anyone else that I was touring, which really says a lot about someone. The Wellness Director was extremely knowledgeable. I saw first hand how he handled residents, especially in the Alzheimer's care unit. The care staff was so welcoming and helpful. Even the maintenance man was detailed when we moved in. Even down to the light bulbs being the same color. I'm not sure what it looked like before, but the renovations they have done really made it feel like a home.
They work hard to make a difficult process easier.
reviewed on: 10/14/2021 by SusanWe've had a very positive experience. One of the only issues we've had was during the application process, some things weren't explained very well. We did some of the medical stuff ahead of time so it wouldn't be happening all at once. Then we had to do it all over again because it wasn't explained that it would have to be done within a certain amount of time. So the admissions and medical process was kind of complicated and cumbersome. But since we've been there and have been visiting, they've been very patient, gracious, and helpful in answering our questions. One of the best parts of the community is the staff. They go above and beyond on a very routine basis. They really work with us to allow our loved ones with different needs to stay in the same apartment. One of our loved ones has Alzheimer's and is really afraid to leave her room, but they have tried on numerous occasions to help her feel safe, and they encourage her to come out. I really appreciate the personal effort they make to help our loved ones get acclimated to their new environment. There have just been so many positive things we regularly see and experience here. I've tried the food several times and really enjoyed it. It's very good. They have a really good list of activities, and there are things to do like puzzles, TV, games, etc. if you don't want the more organized activities. Overall the value is good. My only complaint there is the cost to administer medications is high. But I would recommend them to anybody. I feel very safe having my loved ones here knowing that their wellbeing is protected.
