Nice Tour!!
reviewed on: 08/02/2017 by AnonymousI have no complaints of how things went throughout our tour that I had of this community for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them. The floor plan was open and they had a lot of great amenities to offer all of the residents. It was just not the right fit in the end decision.
Review of The Phoenix at Dunwoody - Dunwoody, GA
reviewed on: 10/17/2017 by Patrice StarkValerie was our sales representative and she was wonderful. Friendly, professional, answered all our questions, not pushy. The residents we spoke to about the facility were satisfied with their living conditions. The studio we toured was spacious, nice. The location was quiet. It was nice to meet the director. My only negative is the common areas seemed a little drab, could use more color.

I Chose to Live Here
reviewed on: 08/01/2019 by AnonymousI toured this community and ultimately ended up choosing this place. The Executive Director and his staff was excellent in making me feel at home. The sales gal was extremely helpful and never said anything negative about anyone else that I was touring, which really says a lot about someone. The Wellness Director was extremely knowledgeable. I saw first hand how he handled residents, especially in the Alzheimer's care unit. The care staff was so welcoming and helpful. Even the maintenance man was detailed when we moved in. Even down to the light bulbs being the same color. I'm not sure what it looked like before, but the renovations they have done really made it feel like a home.
