Very Nice But Too Far

Very good experience with them, staff is very friendly, glad we found this place for our loved one
reviewed on: 09/29/2021 by anonymousThe main common area of the community would be a 4 out of 5 stars for cleanliness, but the individual house keeping for our loved ones apartment would be about a 3 out of 5 for cleanliness. However the staff members are all very good, we have yet to meet one that is not friendly towards us. They do a really good job with the activities, they always have plenty going on. The issues is, is that they are all repetitive so it sometimes is hard to keep the residents wanting to go back and keeping them engaged. For us, the value for cost is fairly reasonable.

I am so pleased with my choice, and he is receiving wonderful care. My prayers were answered by the wonderful staff members at Bentley. His room is spacious and comfortable, and I have only positive things to say about the facility and the service provided by A Place for Mom

They have been quick to respond to any needs or concerns, there have only been a few things. There are good activities, and he is starting to get involved. The food is pretty good, but he likes a lot of vegetables, they do a good job accommodating him if there is something he doesn't like. We are very satisfied.

The value is excellent as well. My loved one is very happy with the Bentley Assisted Living at Northminster. It is a nice place for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the Jefferson, GA area. We are just very pleased. 5 stars!
