Community Reviews

Nice place, overall

reviewed on: 08/10/2015 by Anonymous

I think they do a great job overall at Noble Village, it is a very nice place! The facility itself is clean and well kept, and all of the staff I have met have been friendly and helpful. They're taking good care of my loved one, we are entirely satisfied!

Pleasant Tour

We had a nice tour of this community. Everyone was friendly to my family, and I. The community was neat, and tidy from what we were shown. The staff we met was nice, and cordial. It was a pleasant experience overall.

my review of discovery village

My parents don't like food. The staff is pretty good but communication could be better. The room sizes are good. They offered all kinds of activities, they have a theater, puzzle room, art classes, games to play, and they got to go out before covid started I would recommend this community

Assisted means assisted, it takes both the community and the residents family

We chose Discovery Village because when we walked in the door the appearance is nice. They took us around, we LOVED the room they suggested she go in in independent living. The also took us around to some of the residents and they were very friendly which made my mother feel good, so she actually chose the facility. Within 2 weeks, we moved her to assisted living. My biggest complaint is the director. He is very nice but he is not good at communicating with families. It is hard to get a response from here. I would recommend the community as long as their family member could communicate with them and tell them how they feel and how they are doing.

Discovery Village At Sugarloaf

We do think they have done a very good job with maintaining the cleanliness of the community. The staff that I have spoken with seem to be very helpful and friendly. The care is good and they have done their best to stay on top of things. We do think Discovery Village At Sugarloaf is a little expensive. The food quality is also not very good and they have had problems in the past with keeping medications correctly distributed.
