Great Fit For This Family
reviewed on: 11/26/2019 by Lester RameyMom has been here a few months. I/We (my brother, sister, and I) try to visit each day, so we are there often and at random times. * The Facility: I/We are impressed with the facility. It's always clean and decorated in regard to the season or holiday. The rooms are spacious, with a walk in closet, bath with walk-in shower, mini-kitchen and TV hookup. We supplied the bed and furniture and its pretty awesome. * The Staff: It seems they always have a great attitude and don't mind helping the residents with tasks they desire. The staff has always been very kind and considerate to each resident even when a resident may not feel well. Management is top-notch and always available for comments, questions, or concerns. * The Food: Overall the food is great. Occasionally, they will serve something mom doesn't care for. But she has a stash and it works for all. * The Amenities: I/We are awed at the amenities they provide. And they do an awesome job with each of them.
A Perfect Place for MOM
reviewed on: 12/20/2019 by LesterWe were fortunate to get Mom in this facility. Some of our family visits daily and at random times, so we get to see the facility for what it is. We find Mom loves it there. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and they spend a lot of time, money, and effort to make every member living there feel they are welcome and a part of the facility. As seasons and holidays change, they change the facility so it feels more like home for their members and that they belong there. For instance, upon decorating the entire facility for autumn and Thanksgiving, there was a Thanksgiving lunch provided for the members that live there, their families, their friends, local Law Enforcement, local Medical and Emergency personnel, plus anyone else that would like a good meal. The food was awesome (Leslie P. is a great cook) with lots of desserts. Currently, it is decorated for winter and Christmas and they are having an early Christmas lunch (Saturday before Christmas) for members, family, neighbors, friends, etc.; and i'm certain there will be lots of desserts to choose from at this meal as well.
Nice, But Not A Fit For Us
reviewed on: 12/15/2017 by BonnieI toured at Traces of Tiger for my loved one, and I thought that the community was fine, the people were nice, but it was farther away than I was really willing to go, and it just didn’t seem as nice as other places I was looking at. Overall, I just did not feel it would be the best fit for my loved one.
