A Warm-Hearted, Caring Rehab Community
reviewed on: 08/20/2018 by Debbie MOur mom had two rehab stays at Clare Oaks and both were very positive experiences. From the moment we entered the building, the receptionist Janet made us feel very welcome. Sue from Admissions and Cindy from Social Services were kind, knowledgeable and always available to explain policies and keep our Mom's best interests in the forefront of their decisions. When Mom knew her favorite nurses Jacques and Rhonda were working, her smile could light up the world, and it was a comfort to us knowing they would treat her like she was family. Liz was enthusiastic, fun and made each activity seem like it was geared towards each person in the room. Dr. Bigol was compassionate, humorous and positive in all aspects of the care he provided our Mom.

Wonderful Experience for Mom in Long Term Care at Assisi Clare Oaks

It looks and feels like home; clean, personal touches and a caring loving staff. In particular I want to mention the nurses Michael and Angelica. They both are attentive, kind and respectful to all the residents. I personally have stories to tell about their professionalism, and would love to tell them all. Also, you have a wonderful activities department and staff. Every time I come to call on Mom, she is being mentally stimulated, entertained and included in an activity. WOW! Thanks for including her and keeping her engaged and mentally alert. I personally would like to recognize Aneta and Maureen. These two ladies are charming, kind, respectful, happy, and just a joy to be around. Their love for their job shows in their work. Their love for their patients show in their faces. This world needs more people like them in it. Again, I could tell you countless stories of their GIFT for this job. Thank you for making mom's life at Assisi Clare Oaks a quality life.

Cleanliness, nursing care and therapy – even the environment are so much better at Clare oaks. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality rehabilitation!
