Community Reviews

Lets all read

The staff here has been great and caring with my loved ones. They are affordable and have a beautiful community that is always kept clean and neat. The maintenance guy is super helpful when my loved ones need something. The meals are good and nutritious. They also have book club that my loved one loves to go to.

A Good excrescence!!

I really do like the fact that my parents are seated with new people every time. At the end of the month, they have a lunch for the new people and it gives them a chance to meet the other new people. They also had a mother's day lunch for the ladies. They post a calendar of events and give the residents reminders in their personal mail slots. It has been a good experience for them, now I am just hoping they will join in more activities. There was an issue with billing that I am waiting to get resolved.

Friendly staff!!

My mother has had a little bit of a tough time with the transition into this community but she has had no problems otherwise. The staff have been helpful and accommodating to her needs as best as they can. I do wish they would encourage her to get more involved in the different activities they have going on throughout the day. She has had no complaints about the food and has been receiving great nutrition.

Bridgeway-a great place to live

reviewed on: 01/03/2019 by Bill Newell

on January 2, 2019 our residents were told that all meals would be held in our multipurpose room for the next month or more. Not knowing what to expect made many residents were skeptical of this move but because construction in the dining room was needed, we had no choice.last night we had our first dinner in the MPR and what a surprise. The service was the best ever. Compliments go to the planning by administration and plans carried out by maintenance, activities, chef, kitchen staff and many other employees. This morning we had our first breakfast in the MPR with the same results. Congratulations to the Bridgeway staff for taking the time to make the residents feel like they are important. Bridgeway is the best.

Great Facility

Great place. People who work there care about the residents. The Lifestyles Department is always figuring ways to make the residents feel appreciated. This is a great place for your loved one or your family.
