Issues in The Beginning, but Overall a Nice Community

There were some promises that were made during the interview process, and they did not follow through with. We have had some housekeeping issues, and it took three weeks for them to correct the situation. Other than those issues she is very happy here. The other staff members have been very helpful. Overall it is a community I would recommend, everything seems to be working in the right direction, but I'am keeping my eye on everything.
Not good. THey dcould do better.
reviewed on: 09/03/2021 by anonymousThey promised a lot of activities, but my loved one hasn't even left her room too many times. They're not active in the activities department. There are dining rooms they can't really use. They said they were going to pick her up and take her places and to activities, but they don't. I know Covid is impacting those things, but I think they could try harder. I think the food is okay, but my loved one isn't happy with it. The staff are all very friendly. They're very nice people. But when it comes to doing their job, they're not really doing it. Especially for the money we're spending, you'd think they would do better.

Peter and Tanesha have been extraordinary in memory care, she's now in much better shape than when she moved in and my sister and I have so much fun when we visit, everyone on the 3rd floor joins us for cards or puzzles. Basically, daily life is far better than what we thought it would be, two very big thumbs up! Thank you all for all you do.

The residents are welcoming and friendly. I think they could use a little more organization when it comes to social functions. I am glad my parents made the move and I would recommend this community.
