Not only is she well taken care of, the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure that she feels comfortable. I’ve had lunches with her and the food is very tasty. They always have choices for the pickier eaters. I have to be honest, I looked at several assisted living facilities before settling on this one. I’m sure glad I made the right choice

As a trial, Grandma was evaluated and checked in for a respite stay. This has been wonderful- allowing her to try the facility to feel comfortable before moving in. She has had nothing but good things to say about the staff and food.

The care services provided to our loved one have met/exceeded our expectations. The wellness director and her team are committed to the health and safety of our loved one and maintain open communications. Having this confidence in the quality of care and responsiveness to inquiries has been especially important during the pandemic. Although social events and activities are limited now due to social distancing, the team is doing all they can to keep our loved one connected to family/friends and the community.

Though my loved one required a very specific level of care, the staff did their best to work with his condition in any way that they could. My main concern is the fact that the communication between myself and the staff, as far as directions and preferences for the care of my loved one, could have been better.
