Community Reviews

After touring Asbury Court, I knew this was the place my mom should be.

reviewed on: 07/24/2021 by Laura S

My mom was in need of a memory care facility and I was put in touch with Asbury Court. From my first contact with the Campus Sales, Admissions, Business Development Director through the entire process of moving my mom in, our experience was positive at every step. We were given a tour of the entire facility and met many residents who told us they were happy to live there. Twice during our move, Asbury staff members told us that it was their pleasure to do whatever they can to make residents comfortable and happy. The facility is clean, she is in a beautiful room and she enjoys the meals (the food and the company of the residents and staff). From my conversations with the staff, I am confident they make a sincere effort to know their residents. My mom is very happy with her new living arrangement and everyone I have met at Asbury Court is responsible for making her feel that way.

Great community environment for senior living with 5 star professional care.

Daniel Barrios and Rhonda Williams are especially caring and devoted. Overall, the entire staff is very friendly and caring. My mother has always required special attention and they handle her with empathy and care. She feels very comfortable here and we, the children, have peace of mind that she is surrounded and cared for by professionals that understand the needs of senior living. Thank you so much Asbury Court staff.

Strongly Recommen

My mom was a resident of Asbury Court for over eight years and throughout her time there, she was extremely well cared for. My family never worried about her and the staff genuinely cared for her as a person. During her time there, she made many friends (including staff) and her room was bright and cheery. There was always something for her to do and she always felt safe and cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend Asbury Court to anyone looking for a home for their loved one.

1st Class Care

reviewed on: 11/09/2021 by Karon O

When our mother became very ill, we all agreed she needed nursing care and we didn’t have time to look at options. Mom has always been very social with, energy to spare . 3 years later, Mom was still in nursing care but had made a recovery that told us she needed to have her life back. We found Asbury court and, though it’s only been a short time, she is her old self. At 94 she is newly alive! our 1st contact in sales answered all our questions and allayed our fear that independence for Mom might only be a wish. Everyone we have come in contact with has been so kind and compassionate. Each new experience for Mom has come with encouragement and understanding from whatever staff member has been involved. She looks forward to all the activities that are offered and the independence she loves so well, knowing that if she needs help with anything it’s there. We are all breathing a big sigh of relief and so happy to see Mom smiling again.

An ok community

The staff seem generally helpful and seem to respond when I talk to them. Mom likes the bingo and there are enough activities for my parents to do. They are going through a renovation on the main level. My parents like the breakfast and lunch, however for dinner they only offer sandwiches. I was not thrilled that the showers are not handicapped accessible. I have had to do some renovations myself to help them take care of my parents. I like the clinical director as they are positive and helpful.
