Love One Is Fine Since The Move Into Community
reviewed on: 08/24/2017 by AnonymousMy sister is doing well since her move into this community. It is a nice facility, and I'am comfortable with her move here. The staff is kind, and are taking good care of her. They do a good job with the cleanness around the community. She is pleased with the meals, the food is good. The only strange thing that has happened since her move in this community. Is that at first they had a 24/7 nurse on the staff, and out of no where that was no longer available. Other than that issue everything else has worked well, and I would recommend this community.

Everyone is competent. I would say people don't have much to worry about once a loved one is there, they take care of everything. She is also very happy with the food.

The laundry service does excellent job; they fold up my shirts, like I bought out of a store shelf. People around here are friendly and carry on a nice conversation. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained. Activities have been improved since Brea, Director of Events, came on board. We do have more events and entertainment. For example, we have outside food brought in and the staff members volunteer to be our servers.
1st Class Care
reviewed on: 11/09/2021 by Karon OWhen our mother became very ill, we all agreed she needed nursing care and we didn’t have time to look at options. Mom has always been very social with, energy to spare . 3 years later, Mom was still in nursing care but had made a recovery that told us she needed to have her life back. We found Asbury court and, though it’s only been a short time, she is her old self. At 94 she is newly alive! our 1st contact in sales answered all our questions and allayed our fear that independence for Mom might only be a wish. Everyone we have come in contact with has been so kind and compassionate. Each new experience for Mom has come with encouragement and understanding from whatever staff member has been involved. She looks forward to all the activities that are offered and the independence she loves so well, knowing that if she needs help with anything it’s there. We are all breathing a big sigh of relief and so happy to see Mom smiling again.

My mother has always required special attention and they handle her with empathy and care. She feels very comfortable here and we, the children, have peace of mind that she is surrounded and cared for by professionals that understand the needs of senior living. Thank you so much Asbury Court staff.
