A good place for the cost!!
reviewed on: 11/14/2016 by AnonymousThis community could use a little more staff. It seems the good ones working there are over worked and not as attentive as I think they should be. They have enough activities and they keep the community clean. Dad is about half and half with the food but everything is cooked appropriately. I would recommend this community.
Excellent Experience
reviewed on: 06/21/2016 by AnonymousSo far our experiences here at this community have been great. They are taking very good care of my mother. They do a very good job with keeping everything well maintained. My mother room is always nice and clean when I visit. They offer activities, she has gone to a church service. She is pleased with the food. I'am comfortable with the type of care they are providing her. I would recommend it.
Good Value
reviewed on: 09/18/2013 by AlfredI don't have experience with a whole lot of others but maybe I should say 5 for the value because being a non profit, they do seem to have lower prices than the other ones we saw. They have on-site doctors who have regular hours in the place so that's convenient if you need to see someone. They do have a pool, however, they don't want you swimming alone. They do have water exercises but for someone who wants to swim laps, it's not that useful. They give you two meals a day and you choose which ones. If you want a third one you pay for that. What's also nice is that if you need more care they can go up to Alzheimer's care at additional cost.
Waterford Estates - Outstanding Senior Residence
reviewed on: 03/24/2015 by Ken HirdlerI cannot adequately express my gratitude to the staff at Waterford Estates. From the first interviews with Kelly and Katherine while taking the tour of the facilities to the outstanding dedication of the 4th floor nurses, Taryn and Jen. Everyone on staff is always greeting residents and visitors with a cheerful smile and provide whatever assistance is needed. My mother has had a number of health issues since becoming a resident and the quick attention and thoroughness has been nothing less than extraordinary. They never hesitate to take immediate action for her well-being and are diligent in contacting me with a status update. The patience and professionalism of her day-to-day care-givers is outstanding. During several of my visits, i have been greatly impressed with the quality and nutrition of her meals. The various activities provided for the residents is equally as impressive. I can offer, without any hesitation, my recommendation for Waterford Estates.
