Mother Is Happy There
reviewed on: 10/26/2015 by AnonymousAs far as improvements, I do not think that they need any. All I can really say about the facility is that my loved one is very happy there at Fox Point, so that makes all of the family members happy as well.
A Learning Transition

I have been learning things about the amenities and activities. We picked this community based on the proximity to family members.
I think she's very happy there.

Randall Residence is great!
reviewed on: 05/11/2021 by Mike RowdenOur family had an unexpected need for help for a favorite uncle, and those of us who could help lived on the West coast. We called several places in McHenry, including Randall Residence, while our uncle was in the hospital. We needed to have everything ready for him so he could be transferred to rehab and then to assisted living. Our first contact was with the front desk, who referred to the Director of Sales & Marketing. The director was better than we ever could have expected. It was like speaking to a good friend or a friendly neighbor. She sent us the information the same day, and spoke with us several times before we arrived. When we took the tour, it was like meeting up with an old friend. Our uncle was given the same tour a few days later so he could choose where he wanted to be. The concierge, medical rep and maintenance man were all so very helpful, and made our Uncle feel welcome and comfortable. The day we moved him, each person who would be treating him visited.
Fox Point: A great place to live.

We moved her in on July 1st. 2017. She is doing well there so far and we are pleased with our decision to move her to Fox Point. I would recommend Fox Point to anyone who is looking for a nice place for their loved one.
