Hundreds of construction jobs will be necessary not only for the building, but for a new access road leading to the facility at the north edge of town. Cloverleaf also hopes to expand the operation to 400,000 square feet within three to five years, generating another 50 plant jobs; most of the construction and permanent company positions are expected to be positions that could support a family on a middle-class area lifestyle.
