reviewed on: 01/09/2014 by ChrisAmy Orlando was so gracious and flexible in accommodating my Dad's needs. All the staff we met was very friendly. Bickford did all they could to fast track his move in and make the transition as easy for us as possible.

reviewed on: 11/06/2020 by Linda SoukupWe chose Bickford of St. Charles because it is very close to where we live, so we were able to visit often before COVID. We also were impressed with the tour. The room sizes here are adequate for his needs. The best part about this community so far has been the friendliness of everyone and the socialization aspect. Also, the manager is very helpful, answers all our questions, and she is easy to get a hold of. I would absolutely recommend this facility.
