Mom's assisted living needs

My husband and I were looking for a facility that would keep an eye on Mom as well as treat her with kindness and care. Clearvista Lakes has met all of her needs as well as ours. The employees (from the housekeeping staff to the nurses) have been both knowledgeable and professional.
Feels more like a hotel!

The staff here is so friendly and they communicate with me about anything that happens to my mom. It’s really an upbeat community and it feels more like a hotel setting than assisted living. The facility itself is very clean and the housekeeper comes in every day and cleans her room. She empties the trash, tidies up the bathroom, and there’s a weekly linen change. For activities, they have trips into town, church services, and monthly family brunches. I would recommend this community.
long term care from someone who lives here
reviewed on: 02/14/2018 by AnonymousI have lived at the long term care facility for nearly three years. During that time I have always been treated with respect and well cared for. While I am well pleased with the staff the upper management and officials with the home office have proved to be inefficient. But managent does not make the facility successful, the staff does! For that reason I would strongly recommend the long term care facility here.

Clearvista Assisted Living and Rehab
reviewed on: 05/17/2018 by AnonymousThis is a relatively new building with many modern amendities. However, they have continued to struggle with consistent staff and leadership. If a patient needs their rehab to home program, the Indiana CMS ratings are dismal. Be sure to read the State survey results and the past complaints. The building has been concerned about their overall ratings and have given families instructions on how to write “favorable” reviews. There are many great choices in the area. Do not settle here.
