Not Perfect, But a Good Place
reviewed on: 03/29/2021 by anonymousOverall it's a pretty good place. Not perfect, but it's not bad. I'd recommend it. They take good care of my loved one, and any issues I would call about they would address. The only thing I would change is the price. I wish they would offer more activities, but I understand they've been limited due to Covid.
Don't overlook KMH. It's in a great, central location.
reviewed on: 06/16/2021 by anonymousI have a lot of friends with parents at various facilities. I think wherever you place your loved one, you have to be their constant advocate. Overall I think the staff are very accommodating and want to make sure your loved one is safe. They do a good job, and you just have to let them know what you're looking for in order for them to help you. It's nice that they allow pets. I know that's a big thing for some people. It's very clean here. The corners in the hallways are always vacuumed. They're constantly cleaning, and they'll come clean the carpets if you request it. Housekeeping services come into the apartments, and weekly service is included in the rent. They'll clean the toilets, do the laundry, change your bedding, and any time there's an accident they do the laundry for you. The cost is high, but I find it to be in line with similar places in the area.
KMH: One of the good ones
