reviewed on: 09/07/2017 by AnonymousThis is a good community. the staff are nice and caring for my mom's needs. The community is clean and a good environment. The menu is great and a nice quality of healthy meals that are offered. We like that they try and get my mom active with the activities. We would recommend this community for other families for the care and the good value for a loved one.
They are a five star care place!

They had music and wii bowling and things. They are an older place. They aren't a five star luxury place. They are a five star care place! They didn't have the nicest wallpaper, but they take great care of their people. It was on twelve acres of wooded land. I could take him outside. They had a menu to serve you food. I can't say enough good things about them I wish he would have been able to experience it longer. I never once saw anybody mistreated. They would call me if there was ever any issue. Just great!
Would Recommend Atria Highland Crossing
reviewed on: 06/04/2021 by SharonIt's less expensive than the last place my loved one lived. He doesn't get as much personal service, so I think that's the difference in cost. But for his needs right now, it works out pretty well. The food seems to be pretty good. They actually have a chef on staff who cooks the food, so it's better prepared than with an outside food service. The staff are mostly good. It just depends on who you're interacting with. Like at any place, some personalities you mesh with better than others. But overall we're pretty happy so far.
It's a great spot and they take pretty good care of her.
