Ever so grateful !
reviewed on: 06/22/2018 by Michael LinderRecently my family had to find my dad a new care provider due to the progression of his dementia . We were directed to Savanna Grand through a sister facility and the admins here were absolutely wonderful . Even though my dad did not qualify for care here they went above and beyond in the nursing community to help find a care provider that could meet his dementia needs . We are so grateful for their efforts and recommend Savanna Grand if you have a need for care for your loved one . If they care that much for us , I can only imagine what kind of care and compassion they have for their residents . Cannot say thank you enough !
A great place for mom
reviewed on: 05/20/2020 by Nancy SmithWe have been very pleased with Savannah Grand thus far. It has been a little frustrating not being able to see my mother because of the Covid-19 pandemic and the community being on lock down, however we are ok with it because the staff is keeping her safe, which is the most important thing to us. All of the staff here are great and helpful. They have been particularly good about keeping the staff happy, which reflects positively on the residents. The activities director has gone above and beyond the call of duty to keep the residents happy. Even with the limited ability to hold activities as the result of the community lock down, the staff is still doing a great job keeping everyone entertained. The people who are working there are doing everything they can do keep the residents busy. At one point, we asked my mother if she wanted us to come and bring her home, but she said she was right where she needed to be!

reviewed on: 11/15/2018 by AnonymousI've been searching for a nice community for my mom. When I came to Savannah Grand I was very impressed from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. Very welcoming, nice, friendly staff. My mother was able to play bingo well I spoke with staff. She enjoyed being here and didn't want to leave. I knew then this was home for my mom.

The staff are wonderful, I love to attend activities with my mom. Very clean community. Beautiful faces greet you at the door. The Executive Director leads her staff beautifully. There is nothing bad I have to say about his place. My family is forever thankful.
