Friendly staff!
reviewed on: 04/06/2017 by AnonymousWhen I toured Brookdale Dedham, I thought it was a pretty nice place. The staff was friendly and they were able to answer my question and take me around the building.
Extremely accomodating
reviewed on: 10/21/2013 by SonThey were a tremendous facility to work with. I would tell ya that the facilty was great and the people were absolutely wonderful, professionally courteous and they truly bend over backwards to try to make a fit. They did to the extent of actually knocking down a wall and putting a door between the 2 rooms that would allow both my parents to have ample room and so that my father would be able to be in the same complex as my mother. They were so increadibly accomodating, I think they have very frequent transportation to a number of different things that were locally available which was nice also.
Best Choice
reviewed on: 01/14/2016 by CKA warm, caring and professional staff make for a comfortable and safe environment. There is much more to like about Brookdale such as the friendly residents and the delicious food. More often than not there are plenty of activities and the visitors are always welcome anytime.
Care seemed good
reviewed on: 02/07/2014 by J MWe toured this location when looking into options for a loved one. It was a nice looking place, but it didn't have the homey feel that we were looking for. It was very clean and well kept but it felt institutional and hospital-like. It didn't feel like it would have been a good fit for my loved one.
Friendly staff and residents
reviewed on: 10/09/2020 by Claire G.We chose The Linden at Dedham because it was a smaller community and everyone we had contact with was very friendly. It had good ratings and it was also affordable. When we toured, my mom thought it seemed welcoming place. The room sizes here are various, she is in a very spacious one bedroom. The food depends on the chef, when we first went here it was very good, she is not thrilled with the food right now. She thinks it needs to be cooked more. But they do have good variety on their menu. The best part about the community so far has been the caring-ness of the staff and of the residents for each other. I would recommend the facility.
