Community Reviews
Nice looking community, but not for us
reviewed on: 12/13/2013 by Daughter-in-lawThis community was very clean, nice looking, and the staff were friendly. However we didn't like the feel of it, it was a bit impersonal and sterile feeling, and we were looking for something with a more homey feel for my mother-in-law.
Nice Place To Move Too
reviewed on: 10/11/2016 by AnonymousMy sister is currently in rehab, but once she gets better she will be making the move into Brookdale. It is a good looking community. They do a good job with keeping everything nice and clean. The staff that we have met have been kind and friendly. Once she makes the move, I know she will be cared for well here. So far this is a community I would recommend, it is a nice place.
Exceptional caring facility and staff :)
reviewed on: 05/17/2021 by GretchenThe Linden at Dedham has and continues to exceed all of my super high standards and expectations from the minute my family and I met with the staff and throughout the entire process. I never imagined that I would ever be in this situation feeling helpless and overwhelmed trying to make all the right decisions and entrusting strangers to care for my beloved father. The staff at Linden has years of experience, knowledge and genuine compassion for both the resident and their family members and the desire for all of us to succeed with all the same goals in mind. Do yourself a favor and save yourself time, stress, making phone calls, googling other facilities, sending emails, getting pricing information, touring five or more facilities trying to find the best of the best and the perfect fit for your loved one..... you will find it all at the Linden @ Dedham
Satisfied customer
reviewed on: 08/26/2020 by AnonymousI chose this community because it was a smaller place and it is well run. My sisters room is good sized. We bought all new furniture and it worked out great. The food is fantastic, at the time before COVID, they had a chef cooking all the meals. As a visitor, they only charge $10 for the food. My favorite part has been the communication of the staff, if there is any problem with my sister, they always call immediately. I have recommended The Linden at Dedham more than once.
Addressed and remedied issues
reviewed on: 08/15/2013 by PegThe staff I thought was wonderful, I really can't say enought about them, every single one of them were very friendly. I thought the care was okay, of course my mom was used to having care 24/7 before she moved in there so that was a big adjustment for her. For the most part they seemed pretty responsive, I think theres an adjustment period on both sides: she was getting her meds and she was being cared for but she wasn't getting her bathing and shampoo regularly. There was some confusion on the parts of the aids but they did eventually get it straightened out. She couldn't participate in the activities but fortunately she did have a lot of company and she did enjoy the women she ate her meals with; they tried to match them up with people that were compatible with them so that was nice. It's difficult for any family now knowing what to expect, we had a few bumps in the road but it was mostly an understanding between the staff and me.
