Community Reviews
Helpful Staff!!
reviewed on: 05/30/2017 by AnonymousI have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community for my mother. The staff where on time to our appointment and provided us with a lot of great information as well as answer any questions that we had for them. It was just not the right location in the end decision but It was a pleasant experience.
A welcoming establishment
reviewed on: 08/27/2020 by AnonymousAt the time this was value for the money. My mother thought it was a very friendly welcoming place, she felt very comfortable here the second she walked in. Her room is small to average compared to where she was staying before. She loves the food, they have a lot of vegetables. My favorite part about this community has been the friendly-ness of the residents, they wave at me when I am there. I would recommend Landmark at Fall River.
Landmark is a 5 Star Facility for Your Loved One!
reviewed on: 01/09/2019 by MicheleGAllenMy 88 yr old Grandmother absolutely loves living at Landmark Senior Living Community in Fall River, MA! She loves her cozy room, raves about the food, and always has an activity she can't wait to take part in. All the staff at Landmark has always been kind, helpful, and accommodating to both her and us, her family. I highly recommend Landmark to anyone seeking assisted living care for themselves or a loved one. 🙂
Assisted Living Review
reviewed on: 09/09/2020 by SueI would tell my friends that the assisted living isn't really assisted. If your loved one needed more assistance you would need to look twice at it. The activities included card games, music, and shopping center outings.

reviewed on: 09/25/2013 by A Place For Mom CustomerI did not like the feel of this place. The outdoor courtyard was empty, it's on a hill in a not-so-nice neighborhood so the walking would be difficult. I talked to one resident who was looking for someone to sit with. No one around. She said the food was 'so-so.' Unless the resident is sick, taking a tray to a room costs $10. [removed] the studio was large and a one-bedroom was available for a couple hundred more, which felt luxurious. [removed] it's only a 20-minute drive but the route felt dangerous. Pricing is reasonable but the basic care package of $400 allows for 30 minutes a day of care. 60/90 minute packages available in $400/mo increments.
