reviewed on: 05/02/2017 by AnonymousHaving seen the facilities and services rendered much improvement is needed. Although the Staff is caring, helpful and do their best to provide quality service they are in need of more help. The food portions and quality is very poor. Renovations of common areas i.e. community room, activities and equipment need updating. Residents have made complaints about there care and personal treatment by Staff and those responsible for operating the facility. I have been at the facility and spoken to various individuals who live there. Those that run the facility and those who provide services need help from various resources to improve the quality of life for residents.
