Community Reviews
Friend moved in
reviewed on: 07/09/2018 by JanetMy friend moved in after I invited her to a luncheon. She has lived in her home for 60yrs. She can't stop talking about how wonderful it is to live here She likes talking to people. She really likes the food. She has had half the church over for dinner or lunch. She comes down to help make blankets for abused children. I am so happy for her.
The physical environment is very pleasing!!
reviewed on: 09/19/2016 by AnonymousThey offer daily activities at Henry Ford. They are taking a field trip today to an old school for their 75th anniversary. They offer a wide variety of good food. The staff are helpful and available. They are continuing to follow up to make sure we have all the information we need. The community is clean and well cared for.
Great fit!
reviewed on: 03/16/2015 by AnonymousThis place is a great fit for my parents! The facility itself is well kept and clean, the staff is friendly, and they even do a great job with the food. It's a very nice place, overall!
Wide Range of Services
reviewed on: 11/05/2021 by MackI like Allegria Village a lot. They have a range of services, so as my loved one's needs increase, they can still meet his needs and he would not have to move someplace else. It's a big place, so if he wants to walk around, he can do that both inside or outside. They have two or three cafeterias, so there should always be something he's happy eating. And as chance would have it, he is a railroad enthusiast, and they have a model railroad club there.
Highly Recommended!!
reviewed on: 12/09/2016 by AnonymousMy aunt is adjusting very well thanks to one man there, he was a counselor and his name is Matthew. He gave her a whole new outlook on life, he is truly amazing. Unfortunately, I was informed that they're letting him go for financial reasons, a lot of the people admire him, it's a very sad situation. The community itself is kept very clean. The only downfall is it's very expensive to live there, but they thought of everything. The meals are very good. They have 3 restaurants in there and they all prepare the food so well. A lot of people who don't even live in the community go there to eat. They have happy hour and an indoor pool, it's beautiful. They also have about 20 activities a day.
