A cheery place.
reviewed on: 11/11/2018 by Becky Lutkus.They have great patience with my mom- who has dementia. I have yet to see a grumpy person on staff! When I call they always seem more than happy to help. They take her on bus trips, paint her nails, and encourage her to join in activities. Happy I choose Brentwood!
I would go back
reviewed on: 01/07/2021 by Phyliss NWe chose Brentwood at Niles because the facility looked nice. We happened to get here at dinner time and they served us a meal, it was EXCELLENT. They had an amazing chef here and the meals he cooked were amazing. The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond what they had to do. I cannot say enough good about this facility and would highly recommend. If I need to go somewhere this is where I will go.

My mother needs depends, they do not seem to need them often and we have to provide them so I am not sure they are changing her as often as they should. Overall it is a nice facility and I would recommend them to others looking.
