Community Reviews
So much potential
reviewed on: 05/10/2018 by AnonymousI wish this facility could have an upgrade. My loved one has been here for a few years and experienced several plumbing, air conditioning and window issues. The staff is friendly, but I feel underpaid. Most appear to be there for the check, which means the residents suffer. This facility could have so much more, unfortunately, my loved one is at the point of not being healthy enough to move.
Ecumen is Good Assisted Living Facility
reviewed on: 02/11/2015 by CatherinesyThis is a very clean facility and my mother is being taken care of very well.
Good for people with behavior concerns
reviewed on: 09/18/2013 by KyleThey accept more challenging folks, difficult to place folks with behavior histories. They have private suites which is nice for people who get easily agitated around others, so with peopel who are isolate and haven't been around other people or doesn't want to be, or people at certain stages of dementia, having space and quiet is very nice for them.
Nice, Social Set Up
reviewed on: 11/19/2013 by Son-in-LawI liked them a lot. It's basically really designed for people who need memory care even thought they have memory care and non memory care available. The only difference between the memory care and assisted living is the staffing ratio. They way it's set up encourages people to spend more time out of their rooms which is good.

reviewed on: 12/15/2012 by A Place For Mom CustomerI liked this one and it had the nicest room. There was a big window and it was next to a pond. All one-level and good activities. There were two sides to each building with 15 people in each and activities were done with both sides, so there were 30 total. The dining area was smaller. They had a personal trainer that came in 3x/wk. and exercise every day. The cost would be close to $7,000.
