reviewed on: 12/25/2012 by A Place For Mom CustomerBeautiful facility, however all the "buildings" looked the same. During the tour, I thought we were at the same place we'd started, but in questioning, found we were at a different dining room. For elderly my opinion is decorating the areas either with different colors or something would help to reduce confusion. Director was very knowledgeable. Our real decision was made when we questioned the three meals per day that were provided. We asked if this was negotiable, like could we get 2 meals per day. Her reply was "that is not an option". There would be no individual customization of her service, and there would be no negotiating price based on meals provided. This influenced our decision to keep looking.
